Welfare Benefits Advice - The Richmond Community Partnership
Age Concern Richmond upon Thames works with the Income Services Department of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and the Pension Service. This partnership is known as the Richmond Community Partnership. This service provides advice on welfare benefits and also on other services concerning people over 60 to help improve their quality of life.We have a joint team of benefits advisers who can provide the following:
* Face-to-face benefits advice to older people in their homes
* Face-to-face benefits advice in the home to younger adults who receive help from Social Services
* Drop-in sessions for which no appointment is necessary are held on a Monday at the Civic Centre Twickenham 10.00 am to 12.00 noon
* Follow-up discussions to determine if additional help is needed
